Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or a different piece, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ordersupport@discoverrevery.com. We will arrange a return pickup for your order.
- Exchanges will be processed for the same amount as the original order value or a higher amount.
- Once we receive the product, we will dispatch the new item within 2 days.
- Please ensure all tags are intact for a smooth process. Returns without tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
- Exchanges are accepted only once per order. Subsequent exchange requests for the same order will not be accepted.
- Exchange coupons can be used only once.
- Items purchased at the original price cannot be exchanged for a discounted price during a sale. Customers who bought items at the original price cannot redeem the difference amount when exchanging their product during a sale. To enjoy sale benefits, please place a new order.
- All exchanges are subject to availability.
Returns
We do not accept returns. Please ensure you are certain of the size, fit, material, and colour before ordering (refer to the product description and measurement chart for all details).
Refunds
We do not accept refund requests. If you encounter any issues with your order, we will resolve them through an exchange.
Order Cancellation
- Order cancellations are permitted only for COD orders and only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
- All prepaid orders are final.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, we apologise and are here to help. Please take pictures and a video of the product and email them to ordersupport@discoverrevery.com. We will issue an exchange or store credit for your order.
